Authorized Subconsultants Clause Samples
Authorized Subconsultants. The Agreement shall identify in the Cost Summary, Exhibit B, and the subconsultants who are authorized to perform work under this Agreement.
Authorized Subconsultants a. CONSULTANT may perform the services required under this Agreement through a subconsultant that is not on the CSP roster.
b. The scope of work upon which the Consulting Services Authorization is issued must include the following information with respect to any subconsultant who will perform services on the Project:
(1) The name of subconsultant’s firm;
(2) The names and qualifications of subconsultant’s Project Team who will be providing services;
(3) The responsibilities/tasks of the sub-consultant; and
(4) The subconsultant’s total compensation (fees and reimbursable expenses), which shall also be stated as a percentage of CONSULTANT’s total compensation.
Authorized Subconsultants. The Agreement shall identify in the Key Subconsultant List, Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, the subconsultants that are authorized to perform Work under this Agreement, or shall state that there are no subconsultants.
Authorized Subconsultants. The Contract shall identify in the Scope of Work, Exhibit A, the subconsultants who are authorized to perform work under this Contract.
