AUTHORIZED TRANSLATIONS Clause Samples

The "Authorized Translations" clause defines the conditions under which translations of a contract or its documents are considered official and binding. Typically, this clause specifies which language version prevails in case of discrepancies and may require that only translations approved by both parties or certified translators are recognized. Its core function is to prevent misunderstandings or disputes arising from inconsistent or unofficial translations, ensuring that all parties rely on a single, authoritative text.
