The "Authorized Translations" clause defines the conditions under which translations of a contract or its documents are considered official and binding. AUTHORIZED TRANSLATIONS. BCR is not obliged to accept any document issued in a foreign language, unless this is provided in the relevant Convention. In any case, BCR can request the Client to supply an authorized and notarized translation into the Romanian language.
