Authorized User Agreement Required. Authorized Users identified by an Agency shall be required to enter into an ICANS User Agreement, in writing with DBH, before they are granted access ICANS. If the Authorized Users refuse to enter into an ICANS User Agreement, or if the Authorized User Agreement of an individual is terminated, the Agency shall be required to designate a new individual who has entered into a new Authorized User Agreement in order to regain ICANS access.
