Common use of Authorized User Contracts Clause in Contracts

Authorized User Contracts. The Contractor, at the written (including, but not limited to mailed letter, facsimile, email, or electronic entry at the Contract website), request of an Authorized User, shall provide integration of Authorized User fuel card services contracts. Authorized User fuel card services data shall be provided to the Contractor via either the Authorized User or directly from the fuel card services provider. Required services to be provided in relation to such integration, and pricing, shall be mutually agreed upon between the Authorized User and the Contractor before implementation of the integration.
