Common use of Authorized Users Access to CrossLead Modules Clause in Contracts

Authorized Users Access to CrossLead Modules. Company may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the CrossLead Modules as contemplated by this Agreement. Company will be responsible for all actions or omissions of its Authorized Users. Authorized User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the CrossLead Modules, and notify CrossLead promptly of any such unauthorized use known to Company. Company acknowledges and agrees that it may need certain networking capabilities, bandwidth and hardware to use the CrossLead Modules. Company is solely responsible for all hardware, software and bandwidth required to reach the CrossLead systems to gain access to the CrossLead Modules.
