Authorized Uses by Grantor. Grantor reserves the right to use the Property for natural resource production, [Option- limited commercial and] non-commercial recreation, and environmental educational purposes so long as the use is consistent with the goals of the Forest Legacy Program, as currently defined or subsequently amended, and the limitations set forth hereafter. No other use is permitted.
