Common use of Authorizer Fee Clause in Contracts

Authorizer Fee. Pursuant to 2016 Public Acts of the State of Tennessee No. 673, the Charter School agrees to the payment of an annual authorizer fee. The Chartering Authority shall use the authorizer fee exclusively for fulfilling its obligations as a Chartering Authority and before that fee is set will consult with the Charter School regarding the purpose and necessity of such expenditures, including the extent to which other funds available to the Charter Authority therefor.
