Authorizing Official for the Project. The Sponsored Organization has designated the Authorizing Official named in Schedule B to act as principal coordinator of the Project’s daily business with the Fiscal Sponsor, and shall have authority to sign disbursement requests. At no time may an individual approve his/her own disbursement.
