Automatic Data Processing Equipment (ADP). The costs of ADP equipment are allowable as direct charges whether or not owned by the Tribe subject to any statutory limitations and to the extent that they are reasonable in light of such factors as rental costs of comparable property; market conditions in the area; alternatives available; and the type, life expectancy, condition, and value of the property leased.
