Common use of Automatic Extension Clause in Contracts

Automatic Extension. The initial term or any-extension term of this Agreement will be automatically extended to the next extension term without notice or election by Manager. Manager may, during any extension term, terminate this Agreement on 90 days notice given to Owner.
