Common use of Automatic Extension Clause in Contracts

Automatic Extension. This Agreement shall be automatically extended for successive one-year periods at the end of the initial term and each extended term thereafter, unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least three months prior to the expiration of the initial or such extended term, respectively. In the event the Company terminates this Agreement or fails to renew this Agreement or does not permit the automatic extension to occur at the end of any term hereof, Executive shall be entitled to receive his Deferred Compensation under Section 4(c) hereof.

This Agreement shall be automatically extended for successive one-three (3) year periods at the end of the initial term and each extended term thereafter, unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least three six (6) months prior to the expiration of the initial or such extended term, respectively. In the event the Company terminates this Agreement or fails to renew this Agreement or does not permit the automatic extension to occur at the end of any term hereof, Executive shall be entitled to receive his Deferred Compensation under Section 4(c) section 4.2 hereof.

In the event the Company terminates this Agreement or fails to renew this Agreement or does not permit the automatic extension to occur at the end of any term hereof, Executive BORNE shall be entitled to receive his Deferred Compensation under Section 4(c) 4.9 hereof.
