AUTOMATIC INCORPORATION OF LAWS. Changes in Federal, State and local laws, rules, or regulations may occur during the term of this Agreement and any such change(s) shall be automatically incorporated into this Agreement without written amendment to this Agreement, and shall become a part of this Agreement as of the effective date of the rule, regulation or law.
