After expiration of the Minimum Lease Term, this Agreement will renew itself for an additional term of the original Rental Agreement, with an 8% increase in monthly rent at the Landlord’s discretion. Tenant understands that if Tenant signs a one-year lease, this agreement will automatically renew for another year unless Tenant submits a 30-Day Notice to Vacate 30 days prior to the expiration of the original lease term. All other obligations, terms, and conditions here within apply.
