Automatic Payment Deferral. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the Borrower shall have no obligation to make any payment becoming due and payable hereunder until the Borrower is reasonably satisfied that it will concurrently receive a corresponding capital or dividend payment under the Class B Preferred Shares.
