AUTOMATIC RENEWAL PROGRAM. Provided that Member is not in default of this agreement and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the membership will automatically renew for the rate indicated below. Renewal terms may be cancelled at any time provided a 30-day written notice is delivered to the club’s address or sent by email. It is also understood that the club has the option to increase monthly renewal dues without notice during any renewal period not to exceed the indicated amount per month. TOTAL AMOUNT: INDICATED AMOUNT PER MONTH FOR FUTURE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.

If You no longer want to be enrolled in Provider's automatic renewal program, You can change Your renewal status at any time by logging onto the Account portion of the Product, clicking on "Billing Info," followed by "Subscriptions," and changing Your current paid Subscription tier to the free Subscription tier. Please note that changing Your renewal option in this way will only stop future automatic renewals of Your subscription and will not impact any automatic renewals that occurred prior to the date of Your status change.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL PROGRAM. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, you understand and agree that the amount of your monthly membership dues is based on current sales tax rates and to the extent such rates should increase during your membership, the club has the right to increase your monthly membership dues by the amount of such increase. If you have requested the privilege of paying your monthly dues by preauthorized electronic funds transfer, the monthly amount so transferred will be adjusted to reflect any increase in the sales tax rate.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL PROGRAM. This membership will automatically renew for a term of one calendar month indefinitely, until I terminate this membership agree- ment by providing at least 10 days’ notice prior to the next xxxx date to ATC delivered (a) by completing and signing a cancellation form at the Club or (b) by U.S. mail to Amarillo Town Club, 0000 Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000. The termination will be effective at the end of the calendar month during which notice of termination was provided, and I may continue to use the facility during that calendar month. ATC shall not charge my credit card or initiate any EFT payments that are scheduled to occur more than 10 days after the termination notice is received by ATC. If the termination cannot be processed prior to the scheduled date of the charge, ATC shall refund the debited amount. PREPAID MEMBERSHIPS: Prepaid memberships are not refundable. LAW APPLICABLE: The laws of the state of Texas govern this Agreement.
