Automatic Termination; Termination by Consent Clause Samples
The "Automatic Termination; Termination by Consent" clause defines the conditions under which an agreement ends either automatically or by mutual agreement of the parties. In practice, automatic termination may occur upon the happening of specific events, such as the expiration of a set term or the occurrence of a triggering event, while termination by consent allows both parties to end the agreement at any time if they both agree in writing. This clause provides clarity and flexibility by specifying clear endpoints for the contractual relationship, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes over when or how the agreement can be concluded.
