Automatic Termination Upon Completion of Lots. This Agreement shall be terminated with respect to any single-family, condominium attached or detached residential or commercial lot created under any recorded Final Map (in each case, a “Lot”, without any further action by any Party or need to record any additional document upon the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy or similar certificate for the applicable Lot.
