Automatic Vehicle Identification Sample Clauses

Automatic Vehicle Identification. Operator shall use AVI to provide service under this Agreement issued by Authority only for entrance into and exit to the Holding Area at a cost of One Hundred Dollars ($100) per AVI, non-refundable. Thereafter, new, lost, stolen, or damaged AVI’s shall be replaced or issued at a cost of One Hundred Dollars ($100) per AVI, non-refundable. Request for issuance of new AVI must be in writing from the Operator to the Authority requesting additional AVI’s with justification. AVI fees are subject to change by the Authority.
