Automatic Warranty and Representation and Reaffirmation of Warranties and Representations. Each request for an advance made by Borrower pursuant to this Agreement or the Ancillary Agreements shall constitute (i) an automatic warranty and representation by Borrower to Lender that there does not then exist a Default or an Event of Default and (ii) a reaffirmation as of the date of said request of all of the warranties and representations of Borrower contained in this Agreement and in the Ancillary Agreements.
