Common use of AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL PLANS Clause in Contracts

AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL PLANS. Countrywide will process automatic withdrawal orders pursuant to the provisions of the withdrawal plans duly executed by shareholders and the current prospectus and statement of additional information of the Fund. Payments upon such withdrawal order shall be made by Countrywide from the appropriate account maintained by the Fund with the Custodian on approximately the last business day of each month in which a payment has been requested, and Countrywide will withdraw from a shareholder's account and present for repurchase or redemption as many shares as shall be sufficient to make such withdrawal payment pursuant to the provisions of the shareholder's withdrawal plan and the current prospectus and statement of additional information of the Fund. From time to time on new automatic withdrawal plans a check for a payment date already past may be issued upon request by the shareholder.
