Automobile Liability (If Applicable. For DOR consumers being provided transportation under said Agreement, the Contractor shall maintain motor vehicle liability with limits not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident. Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of a motor vehicle including owned, hired and non-owned motor vehicles to include the following additional insurance coverage below: • For public schools and for-profit organizations: Automobile Liability insurance must include Any-Auto, Hired-Autos, Non-Owned Autos, and any other auto used in performing services under the Agreement. For seating capacity up to 7 people (includes driver), the Contractor’s certificate of insurance shall state a limit of liability of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage liability combined. For seating capacity for 8 –15 people (includes driver) the certificate of insurance shall state a limit of liability of not less than $1,500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage liability combined. For seating capacity for 16 passengers or more the certificate of insurance shall state a limit of liability of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage liability combined. • For non-profit organizations: Automobile Liability insurance must include Any-Auto, Hired-Autos, Non-Owned Autos, and any other auto used in performing services under the Agreement.
