Automobile Liability Insurance for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. insurance against liability for bodily injury and Property damage in respect of all vehicles (whether owned, hired or rented by Parent, Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries) in such amounts as are then customary for vehicles used in connection with similar businesses, but in any event to the extent required by applicable law (subject to deductibles not exceeding $1,000,000 or such higher deductibles or shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent).
