Common use of Autonomous disbursement Clause in Contracts

Autonomous disbursement. Except as otherwise set forth in Subsection 3.4.3.1.1, upon the issue of the loan into the borrower’s account, the borrower may make payments of its own pursuant to this contract. The borrower shall notify the lender of the payment of loan proceeds as required by the lender and provide the loan utilization records and the commercial contract, invoice and other credentials corresponding to loan utilization in a timely manner as required by the lender. The lender may verify whether the loan disbursement complies with the agreed purpose through account analysis, voucher examination and onsite survey, among others.
