Auxiliary Connections to a Frontier End Office used on a one-way basis by DISH Wireless for access to services provided by Frontier pursuant to a Frontier Tariff including, but not limited to, basic 911, operator services and directory assistance. Any use of an Auxiliary Connection other than as specified in this Agreement is outside the scope of this Agreement and such usage is subject to charges associated with the services for which such Auxiliary Connection is used by DISH Wireless. SS7 signaling may not be available with a Frontier Auxiliary Connection. 2.2.1.4.1 Where feasible, Frontier and DISH Wireless will use commercially reasonable efforts to replace Auxiliary Connections with Type 2A or 2B Interconnection Trunks.

Any use of an Auxiliary Connection other than as specified in this Agreement is outside the scope of this Agreement and such usage is subject to charges associated with the services for which such Auxiliary Connection is used by Emergency. Any use of an Auxiliary Connection other than as specified in this Agreement is outside the scope of this Agreement and such usage is subject to charges associated with the services for which such Auxiliary Connection is used by AT&T Mobility. SS7 signaling may not be available with a Frontier Auxiliary Connection. 2.2.1.4.1 Where feasible, Frontier and AT&T Mobility will use commercially reasonable efforts to replace Auxiliary Connections with Type 2A or 2B Interconnection Trunks.
Auxiliary Connections a. For flammable or hazardous liquids, auxiliary connections to the pressure casing (except the seal gland) shall be socket-welded, butt- welded or integrally flanged. All connection welding shall be completed before the casing is hydrostatically tested. b. Connections welded to the casing shall meet the material requirements of the casing, including impact values, rather than the requirements of the connected piping. All connection welding shall be completed before the casing is hydrostatically tested. c. All connections shall be suitable for the hydrostatic test pressure of the region of the casing to which they are attached. d. All pumps shall be provided with vent and drain connections, except for the pumps having self-venting arrangement. e. Casing vents and drains shall be routed to safe location, and double block valves shall be provided for pumps in Hydrocarbon service.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 8.2.1 If Reconex chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, Reconex’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Reconex to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center subtends as identified in the LERG. 8.2.2 Reconex shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from Reconex’s Customers. 8.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Reconex utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the Tandem Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 8.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow Reconex’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access tandem.

  • Connections You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband and computer equipment and services needed to access and use Hosted Services, and for paying all associated charges.

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs.
