Availability and Operation of the Solution. While every effort will be mad to keep the Solution operating during all scheduled hours of operation, n guarantee of uninterrupted operation can be given. You agree the services provided on the Solution are provided as is and that neither you nor your business will have any claim against EASI as a result of any non-availability of the Solution at a particular time or times or any failure of the Solution to operate as intended.
