Availability and Reliability Service Levels for Information. The service levels in Part A of Schedule 5 (Service Measures) which relate to availability and reliability at a Customer Point of Service are for the purpose of providing the Customer with information on those service levels only. Transpower will not be in breach of this Agreement for failing to meet those service levels.
