AVAILABILITY AND TYPES OF INVESTMENT OPTIONS. The Application sets forth the Investment Options available under this Contract as of the issue date. The availability of Investment Options may be subject to the terms of the Plan, as reported to us by the Employer. We reserve the right to change, limit or amend the number of Investment Options that an Employer may elect. The Investment Options may consist of Investment Options that are classified as "Type A" or "Type B", or any other type that may be specified in the Application, as we designate in our discretion for purposes of the transfer rules described in the section "Transfer Rules". The Application indicates the classification as of the issue date of this Contract. Announcements of new Investment Options will include the new Option type.
