Availability; Lead Time Clause Samples

Availability; Lead Time. During the term of this Agreement, Licensor will make all parts, components and sub-assemblies on the Kit List available for purchase by Licensee, and will accept all orders for such parts, components and sub-assemblies placed not less than sixty (60) days prior to required shipment. Licensor will also accept, subject to Licensee’s agreement to permit deferred shipment, any such order placed for shipment in less than the foregoing lead time, and will use its best efforts to ship the same as quickly as possible.
