Common use of Availability of Alternative Currencies Clause in Contracts

Availability of Alternative Currencies. If the Obligors’ Agent delivers to the Facility Agent a Request specifying that a Borrower wishes a Revolving Facility Advance to be denominated in an Alternative Currency and to give effect to such request would cause the Loan to be denominated in more than four Alternative Currencies, then the Facility Agent will promptly notify the Obligors’ Agent and the Lenders shall not be obliged to make any such Advance.
