AVAILABILITY OF AMOUNTS FROM FUND. Section 505(d) of the Settlement Act provides that, upon the Enforcement Date, all monies deposited in the Fund pursuant to section 509(c)(1) of the Settlement Act or made available from other authorized sources shall be available to the Pueblo for expenditure or withdrawal after the requirements of Section 505(e) of the Settlement Act have been met.
