Availability of Bankers' Acceptances. (b) If at any time and from time to time the Agent determines, acting reasonably, that there no longer exists a market for Bankers' Acceptances for the term requested by the Borrower, or at all, the Agent shall so advise the Borrower, and in such event the BA Lenders shall not be obliged to accept and the Borrower shall not be entitled to issue Bankers' Acceptances.
