Common use of Availability of Books of Account Clause in Contracts

Availability of Books of Account. All of the books of account referred to in Section 5.1, together with an executed copy of this Agreement and the Certificate, and any amendments thereto, shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the Company or such other location as the Managing Member may propose and the Class A Member shall approve, and upon reasonable advance written notice to the Managing Member, shall be open to the inspection and examination of each other Member or its representatives during reasonable business hours.

Availability of Books of Account. All of the books of account referred to in Section 5.1, together with an executed copy of this Agreement and Agreement, the Certificate, Certificate of Formation and any amendments thereto, thereto shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the Company or such other location place in the State of Nevada or in such other state as the Managing Member Board of Managers may propose and designate in writing to the Class A Member shall approveMembers, and upon reasonable advance written notice to the Managing MemberBoard of Managers, shall be open to the inspection and examination of each other Member the Members or its their representatives during reasonable business hourshours for purposes reasonably related to their Membership Interests.

All of the books of account referred to in Section 5.16.3 and other Records, together with an executed copy of this Agreement and the CertificateCertificate of Formation, and any amendments thereto, shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the Company or such other location as the Managing Administrative Member may propose and the Class A Member shall approve, and upon reasonable advance written notice to the Managing Member, shall be open to the inspection and examination of each other Member or its representatives during reasonable business hoursreasonably determine.

Availability of Books of Account. All of the books of account referred to in Section 5.15.1 hereof, together with an executed copy of this Agreement and the CertificateCertificate of Formation of the Company, and any amendments thereto, shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the Company or such other location as the Managing Member may propose and the Class A Member shall approveCompany, and upon reasonable advance written notice to the Managing Member, shall be open to the inspection and examination of each other Member or its representatives representative at such Member's expense during reasonable business hours.

Availability of Books of Account. 5.2.1 All of the books of account referred to in Section 5.1, together with an executed copy of this Agreement and the CertificateCertificate of Formation, and any amendments thereto, shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the Company or such other location as the Managing Member may propose and the Class A Member shall approveCompany, and upon reasonable advance written notice to the Managing MemberBoard, shall shall, subject to Section 11.16, be open to the inspection and examination of each other Member the Members or its their representatives during reasonable business hours.

Availability of Books of Account. All of the books of account referred to in Section 5.19.1, together with an executed copy of this Agreement and the CertificateCertificate of Formation, and any amendments thereto, shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the Company or such other location as the Managing Member may propose and the Class A Member shall approveCompany, and upon reasonable advance notice to the Managing Member (which shall in no event exceed five (5) Business Days prior written notice to the Managing Member), shall be open to the inspection and examination of each other Member the Members or its their representatives during reasonable normal business hourshours at the principal office of the Company.

Availability of Books of Account. 5.2.1 All of the books of account referred to in Section 5.1, together with an executed copy of this Agreement and the CertificateCertificate of Formation, and any amendments thereto, shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the Company or such other location as the Managing Member may propose and the Class A Member shall approveCompany, and upon reasonable advance written notice to the Managing MemberBoard, shall shall, subject to Section 12.14, be open to the inspection and inspection, examination of each other Member and, solely to the extent necessary to comply with a Member’s public reporting obligations, duplication by the Members or its their representatives during reasonable business hours.
