Availability of Certain Documents. The parties agree, to the extent --------------------------------- required by law necessary to permit receipt of reimbursement for services by Medical Group, to make available to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Comptroller General of the General Accounting Office, or their authorized representatives, any books, documents and records in their possession relating to the nature and extent of the costs of services hereunder for a period of four (4) years after the provision of such services.
