Availability of Funding. Funding for this Agreement is subject to the appropriation and availability of funds provided by the State of California, California Department of Social Services (“CDSS”), County of Los Angeles and any and all other agencies, divisions or departments thereunder (collectively and individually the “Funding Agency”).
