Common use of Availability of Funding Clause in Contracts

Availability of Funding. This agreement is subject to the availability of State or County funds as appropriate. If the legislature or the County fails to appropriate funds specifically for the purpose of funding the services or demands a spending reduction in budgets due to a revenue shortfall, the Court will have no obligation to pay or perform under this agreement.
