Availability of Funds to Complete the Project. It is a condition to the award of Grant Funds that the Grantee provides funds from other sources to pay project costs in excess of the Grant Funds. Grantee represents and warrants to Grantor that Grantee has obtained such additional funds or that Grantee has a binding commitment for such additional funds and, with the exercise of reasonable diligence, will have obtained such additional funds no later than the time such funds will be required to pay Project costs as and when such costs are incurred and payable.
