Availability of Instructors. Availability of Dual Enrollment Courses offered by College shall be dependent on the availability of appropriately qualified instructors. College may compensate School District for the services of a qualified instructor provided by School District or, alternatively, College may provide a qualified instructor to deliver any Dual Enrollment Course.
