Common use of Availability of Property Clause in Contracts

Availability of Property. 11.1 For newly built or newly refurbished developments the Landlord does not make any guarantees as to when the property will be available to be move in to. The tenancy start date on this agreement may therefore be subject to change if the landlord is unable to meet this date. On these occasions, alternative accommodation will be provided.
