AVAILABILITY OF PUEBLO WATER CODE. A copy of the Pueblo Water Code, including updates thereto, shall be made available to the federal district court, the United States Department of Justice (Environment and Natural Resources Division), the State Engineer, and the Town of Taos Public Library. A single photocopy of the Pueblo Water Code, including updates thereto, shall be provided to each Party upon request. Copies may be reviewed by interested persons at the Pueblo, and additional copies shall be made available at cost.
