Availability of Remedies. Lessor may exercise its remedies hereunder to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State. It shall not be a defense in any proceeding brought in connection with this Master Lease that with respect to other leases or contracts to which Lessor (or Lessor’s Affiliates) and Lessee (or Lessee’s Affiliates) are parties, Lessor or its Affiliates have sought different remedies in different states or in the State.
