Availability of Replacements. The Issuer shall arrange for such unauthenticated and uneffectuated (where relevant) Global Notes or Definitive Notes (each an Instrument and together the Instruments) as are required by the Principal Paying Agent to deliver replacements of the same in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to be made available to or to the order of the Principal Paying Agent from time to time.
