Availability of Standard Terms and Conditions. A copy of the approved standard terms and conditions shall be provided to any interested party upon request and, to any new Customer prior to commencement of service to, or receipt of any payment or deposit from, such Customer. All provisions of any Customer contract shall be typed and provided to each Customer in the Customer’s choice of Arabic or English.
