Availability Period Line of Credit. Borrower may draw on the Line of Credit during the Line of Credit Availability Period, unless (i) a Default or an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing or (ii) Borrower has failed to satisfy any condition hereunder to such borrowing and Bank has refused to waive such condition.
