Common use of Available Cash Defined Clause in Contracts

Available Cash Defined. “Available Cash” means an amount as reasonably determined by the Board equal to all cash available for distribution to Members after (i) reserving for capital expenditures and increases in working capital set forth in the Business Plan, (ii) reserving for the future payment or reduction of any Company obligations, including contingent obligations, and (iii) taking into account cash available due to any increases in working capital lines of credit over targeted balances therefor set forth in the Business Plan.
