(ii) Without limiting the generality of Section 35.15, none of the Developer, its officers, directors, agents or employees shall have any liability in respect of any:
(A) inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in any Available Document;
(B) (1) failure to make available to the Design-Builder any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the Work or the Premises arising out of a failure of the Port Authority to provide any such materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information to the Developer or
