Available Merchandise Sample Clauses

It typically specifies the range, type, or categories of merchandise that the seller or provider can supply, and may include provisions for updating the list as inventory changes. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what items are included in the transaction, reducing the risk of disputes over product availability and setting expectations for fulfillment.
