Common use of Available Period of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Available Period of Occupancy. University will determine the Available Period of Occupancy for each academic semester, including dates by which it will allow Student to move into Student Housing, the dates of any Breaks, the dates Student may return after Winter Break, and the dates by which Student must vacate Student Housing.
