Common use of Available Principal Amounts Clause in Contracts

Available Principal Amounts. (a) Each reallocation of a portion of the Series 2004-A Available Principal Amount that is deposited to the Interest Funding Account pursuant to Section 3.05(a) will reduce the Overcollateralization Amount; provided, however, that such reduction shall not exceed the Overcollateralization Amount (after giving effect to any reductions pursuant to Section 3.03 for Investor Charge-Offs).

Available Principal Amounts. (a) Each reallocation of a portion of the Series 20042002-A Available Principal Amount that is deposited to the Interest Funding Account pursuant to Section 3.05(a) will reduce the Overcollateralization Amount; provided, however, that such reduction shall not exceed the Overcollateralization Amount (after giving effect to any reductions pursuant to Section 3.03 for Investor Charge-Offs).

(a) Each reallocation of a portion of the Series 20042005-A 1 Available Principal Amount Amounts that is deposited to the Interest Funding Account or the Reserve Account pursuant to Section 3.05(a), 3.05(b) and 3.05 (e) and the amount of Investor Charge-Offs not covered by Series 2005-1 Available Interest Amounts will reduce the Overcollateralization Series 2005-1 Available Subordinated Amount; provided, however, that such reduction shall not exceed reduce the Overcollateralization Series 2005-1 Available Subordinated Amount below zero (after giving effect to any reductions pursuant to Section 3.03 for Investor Charge-Offs).
