Available Principal Amounts. (a) Each reallocation of a portion of the Series 2004-A Available Principal Amount that is deposited to the Interest Funding Account pursuant to Section 3.05(a) will reduce the Overcollateralization Amount; provided, however, that such reduction shall not exceed the Overcollateralization Amount (after giving effect to any reductions pursuant to Section 3.03 for Investor Charge-Offs).
