Available Principal Amounts. (a) Each reallocation of Series 2005-1 Available Principal Amounts pursuant to Section 3.06(a) will reduce the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class C Notes; provided, however, that the amount of such reduction shall not exceed the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class C Notes (after giving effect to any reductions pursuant to Section 3.04).
