Average Delinquency Ratio Test. On any payment date will be the average of the Delinquency Ratios for the preceding three calendar months. The Delinquency Ratio for any calendar month means the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of (a) the sum, for all of the receivables, of all scheduled payments that are 60 days or more past due (other than Purchased Receivables and liquidated receivables) as of the end of such month, determined in accordance with the servicer’s then-current practices, to (b) the Pool Balance as of the last day of such month.
